Here at Medlife Liceo Ponceño, we are driven by a single goal; to do our part in making the world a better place for all. Our mission is to build a worldwide Movement empowering the poor in their fight for equal access to healthcare, education, and a safe home. To achieve our mission, we take a different approach to social justice work: listening, collaborating, prioritizing sustainability, and always following-up.

What is MEDLIFE?
The Heart of MEDLIFE
MEDLIFE is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that partners with low-income communities in Latin America and Africa to improve their access to medicine, education, and community development projects. In order to achieve the ultimate goal of a world free from the constraints of poverty, we empower students and volunteers to become advocates for change by creating on-campus Chapters, volunteering in Service Learning Trips, and supporting the Moving Mountains giving program. With this support, MEDLIFE hires and trains local staff to provide high quality 24/7/365 patient care, community development projects, and educational workshops to empower communities in need.
MEDLIFE Chapters
One Step at a Time
Our Movement's foundations are the MEDLIFE Chapters. They are student organizations that embody and support MEDLIFE at their schools and in their neighborhoods, and are led by passionate faculty or students. They have a huge impact by raising money for MEDLIFE, volunteering on Service Learning Trips, and participating in local community service projects, among other things. Students who are actively involved build leadership skills.

Moving Mountains Giving
Join now to provide COVID-19 relief to vulnerable communities facing food insecurity.
Moving Mountains is a group of inspiring and committed donors that work together to give the poor greater access to high-quality healthcare, education, and a safe home.
Currently, we are focusing our efforts and fundraising on relief for vulnerable families impacted by COVID-19. Donations to Moving Mountains will directly support the purchase and delivery of food, as well as water and other essentials, to families without the means to purchase their own. As the pandemic progresses, we will continue to listen to our partner communities and adjust our response as necessary.
